Very very faint second line yesterday AM, dark spotting tonight not sure what to think

30 - possible second pregnancy

Yesterday I took a test because I’ve been having all the same symptoms as the last time I was in early pregnancy, and got a very faint second line on the test. Period isn’t due for 2-3 more days and is usually like clockwork every 25 days since I was 12, last period was Oct 31st. I had a tiny bit of like egg white with a blood tinge this morning in the shower but just now 10pm I’ve wiped and seen dark bleeding, last time it was like whitish pink so I’m not sure what to think.

The test I took was a HCG strip and I plan to retest in 4 days time but not sure what’s going atm or if it’s possible the test was wrong or a miscarriage, it wasn’t a blue dye test either it was a purple strip one. I’ve got a digital one but saving that for next week so I’ve not gotta leave the house whilst feeling physically crappy
