What's going on?!?!

So, I got the Kyleena IUD in october 2023. Six weeks after giving birth. It's been a little over a year since. This is my second go with one as I had the Mireena when I was 18 and never had any issues with it. I've been having a deep ache (not cramping) in my cervical area and constant spotting outside my period (usually just light pink/brown). My strings shift and go from long to short at times as well. Then today I go to the bathroom and find light, red, bleeding (almost period like) and a clot the size of a dime? It's supposedly the day after ovulation week. I plan on getting it checked, but has anyone else dealt with this? Or something similar? I'm worried it might have migrated a bit or something. Plus my periods seem to be getting shorter every month since I started again in May. First one was 8 days and the last one I had was 3 days.
