I do not say this to be disappointing, but it is extremely rare to get pregnant naturally at 48. If you’re contemplating a pregnancy, I would talk to your doctor immediately. Some women will be successful with a donor egg though if that is something you would consider. Wishing you the best.

When I had my last child, there was a lady there with her naturally conceived six weeks old daughter AND SHE WAS 52!!! It's possible! My doctor said that women are staying fertile longer. It is harder as we age, but I wouldn't lose faith! Sending baby dust your way!
