Squirting?

Hey so this may be odd, but I wondering how much a woman is ‘supposed’ to squirt and what it’s supposed to be like.

My boyfriend made me squirt, I don’t even know how many times but all were just from penetration, it was a huge puddle and over all it seemed like 400mls. But after cleaning it off of the pvc sheet it was kind of a somewhat cloudy yellowish colour, he said some of the squirts were clear and others were more milky looking.

Is this normal?

He also said it’s uncommon to be able to have squirting orgasms from just a few rough upwards thrusts and no clitoral stimulation, is that true? I often find it is easier to orgasm from penetration than from my clit
