Clomid or letrozole better for pcos?

Do you prefer clomid or letrozole? Or what have you had success with?

Answer

I’ve done 25 medicated cycles, did both Clomid and Femara. The medication is used to assist with ovulation and both medications were successful in doing that, I ovulated every round. Personally my progesterone levels were high on my Clomid cycles, but Femara had less intense side effects for me. Overall, both great but some women do have better luck with one over the other. Out of the 25 rounds, no pregnancy.
