Strep?

I just wanted to see if anyone had gone through something similar, i about three weeks ago i got tested positive for strep and flu they gave me amoxicilin and i felt better i took full dose and when i stopped it it started hurting again so i went again this time w my doctor and again tested positive for strep and they gave me amoxicilin Clav for ten days felt better within those days and my throat looked alot better . Its been 6 days without antibiotics and yesterday and today my ears hurt and my throat slightly hurts 1-10 probably like a 2 and i took a pic and it looks swollen once again. Could it be strep again? Im tired of taking antibiotics i take crazy amount of antibiotics ( for other issues like reoccurring utis)
