Shorter cycle post breastfeeding
My cycles have been around 27-29 days since I got my period back 11 months pp. I continued to nurse until 20 months. My first full cycle since I stopped my cycle was 23 days and lighter in flow.. do you think it’s possible this is because I stopped nursing? It feels so off for me.
