Baby coming?

So me and my mom went to get my ultrasound done yesterday I'm 30+6, and of course my bundle of joy is perfectly healthy, but he is going to be preemie due to me having a short cervix and me already being dilated. So we asked her what her opinion is ion how much longer until he comes out, so she said let me do transvaginal and look at your cervix and I will give you an anwser. She barely put it in and said "nope" and pulled it right back out saying my cervix is completely done and I'm still dilated about 2 1/2 to 3. She said she he should come any day now from her expert opinion. So we went to my doctor and he is horrible me mf my mom can't stand him. He checked my dilation and wouldn't even give me N estimate on how much longer. That's why my mom always listens to nurses opinions because they know more. But anyway, my baby shower is in seven days. With anyone having the same problem or past expierence do you think I will make it to my baby shower. I've been waiting forever for it?
