12 weeks and cramping

Hi fellow mommies! Could anyone let me know if this sounds normal? Since I hit 12 weeks, I've been more crampy on/off and sometimes feel a quick pain "down there" (lasts maybe 1 second). I am really starting to show and trying not worry that the cramping is bad. No bleeding at all either. Have any other mommies experienced this? I don't want to make a bigger deal out of it, but I worry so much! (This is my first baby, so I don't know what to expect!). Any feedback and advice is appreciated!
