Beach Body Prenatal exercise videos
Had anyone tried beachbody.com (shakeology, 21df, cize, etc)?
I originally signed up for shakeology, but when I found out that I was pregnant, I canceled my auto-refill, but noticed that on Beach Body on Demand they have free prenatal and postnatal exercisers for members.
Has anyone tried them? if so, what's your opinion on them?
