help please confusing period

hello so I got my IUD taken out October 2 and my periods have been normal up until now. I got my period November 27 and it lasted until December 2 and then I got my period last night and now it’s very heavy today again I don’t understand why I got my period again after like almost 10 days of it going away. I have been very stressed out lately as I just moved into a new house so I wonder if that could be why? I am very young. I’m only 22 years old. I don’t see why I’m having these issues.. on the 8th we had sex to see if we could try for a baby, but seeing how I got my period today will i not get pregnant since sperm lasts 3-5 days? I’m kind of freaking out lol and I’m supposed to get my period on christmas so I wonder if I should be expecting that or not? and no this isn’t spotting or implantation it’s heavy just like my period.
