If your baby had pyloric stenosis did they have constipation issues as a toddler?

My child had it at few weeks old and now as a toddler fully potty trained he is having major issues with going number two no matter what I give him to help poop. I googled it and it says this

Pyloric stenosis in infants can indeed lead to poop issues in toddlers, primarily causing infrequent bowel movements or constipation, as the narrowed opening in the stomach prevents food from reaching the intestines properly, resulting in smaller and less frequent stools that may contain mucus; this is because little to no food is actually passing through to be processed and eliminated as stool.

I AM SOOOO WORE OUT FROM THIS it’s so bad that nothing helps no matter what I try. And when I seeked help im just told it’s constipation. But it’s literally miserable like half a day of him back and forth on the toilet. Has anyone else went through this?????????
