I am 40 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS. However I have regular cycles with no cyst on my ovaries and testosterone levels within normal range. I am over weight and struggle to lose weight. I also have short lutel  phase.

My husband is 46 and is disabled a few years ago he had low sperm count. But I feel that it has improved because his sex drive has come back and we did a swim count test and it came back good.

He is on lots of medication he takes Suboxone for pain. He has juvenile degenerative disc disease.

Last spring, he got septic shock and was in the hospital three weeks and has been on multiple rounds of antibiotics since then. 

So my question is, do you all think we possibly have a chance of conceiving naturally?

Because going to the fertility clinic is not an option for us.
