Stomach Pain Help!!

I’m 42 years old. I have IBS and pancreatic insufficiency from a bout with pancreatitis 5 years ago. I’ve had nothing but diarrhea since and I have no triggers (diet and meds don’t help)the last year or so while having sex it feels like he’s hitting something inside of me. I had a CT Scan and ultrasound in the spring/summer and they were clear. The last 2 months I’m constantly sick to my stomach. Sometimes it’s not too bad and other days it’s awful. I saw the doctor 2 weeks ago and he put me on Cotazym. I realize it takes time to work but last night I had extreme pain going from my chest into my whole stomach that was coming in waves and then I had it for 2 hours straight. I think it could be because I took Imodium yesterday morning but I’m not sure. Being sick everyday is so hard and no scans are finding anything so I feel like a crazy person. Anyone experience this or is a doctor/nurse and may have some insight?? Thank you
