Implantation bleeding or period?

I took a pregnancy test yesterday in the two minutes frame it was negative but in the five minutes frame it was slightly positive but I'm not sure if it was Evap line or not then a few hours later this happened and My period doesn't start until Saturday, the next day came (today) and it's still like this and isn't Touching my pads my sister thinks it's implantation bleeding because I'm not really cramping like I usually do minor cramps but my boobs have been sore all month I've been going to the bathroom every 30 minutes to an hour I'm hungry all the time I'm a little sleepy I've had headaches and I've been sick all month besides this week any advice would be great I scheduled a blood test for this Friday.
