Painful Periods
Ever since my junior year of high school, my periods have become more painful. I get heat flashes, severe back pain and cramps, severe nausea, headaches and often feel unable to walk or stand up straight due to pelvic pain. My flow is heavy and my depression gets heightened during this time. Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, do you have any tips that have made your cycle more manageable?
