Anyone else had this… Need advice and to know it gets easier!!!

My baby is 8 days old… of a nighttime we put him in his next to me and he just grunts and sounds like a little dinosaur and will clench etc… I think he needs a poo… takes him ages to settle and he screams out like he’s in pain…

We’re currently using infacol as he’s very windy and also I keep him upright for at least 20 mins after a feed…

He finds a lot of comfort in a dummy… please any other advice or has anyone else experienced this??
