Stitches after Delivery

Hi Everyone, Hope you all are doing well. I gave birth 2 months ago. But got infection on stitches n granulation tissue produced. So My Gp gave me multiple medicine to cure that but it ended up with another surgery yesterday. Just need help please advice me now what can I use to heal my stitches. So worried. Thanks
