Trigger warning miscarriage

 I was nine weeks and five days pregnant and there was no heartbeat. They gave me medication to move the miscarriage along. Everything went fine. The day after my temperature has been 99.6 high as 99.8 I know that’s a low-grade fever. Should I be concerned though or is that normal for after a miscarriage to have a slight higher temperature? I know the medication bottle said if you have a fever anything 100.4 or a fever that lasts over 24 hours go to the hospital should I be concerned with my temperature?
