When do you start counting DPO?
I’ve never tracked the exact time I ovulate with bbt. I’ve only ever relied on LH strips to give me an idea around the time I might ovulate. Would the day after a positive LH test just be guessed as day 0 then so on and so forth? I’ve also never kept testing after my first positive, I only did this time around for curiosity on line progression, just for shits and giggles.
