Nervous wreck

I’m 34 weeks tomorrow so today I has the NonStressTest with my little one. I got to hear her heartbeat and she was so active kicking the monitor. We enjoyed being able to hear her. Then the doctor comes in and says that I’m contracting and had 4 contractions in the time that I was there but they’re irregular and can’t really time them because they were sporadic. I didn’t feel a thing so I start freaking out! Doc checks me for dilation and says I am not dilating but if I get intense cramps to go ahead and head to the hospital.

What!!! It’s not time yet 😭 freaking out, I’m hope and was told to get rest, no intercourse and drink a lot of water. I have my next check up next week see if baby decides to stay until then 😭
