Having problems with my body

Hi, I'm 20 years old, and I have been having problems with my body for a long time, so this morning I took a shower, and I like to oil everywhere I went to oil between my legs, and I noticed in the inside of my clitoral area It felt like I had 3 clits when I know it's supposed to be one; normally I feel 2, but today I felt 3, almost like it was split in half or swollen, but I'm not in any pain, and I can feel down there. Is this normal, or do I need to get a doctor's appointment?
