i just started taking prenatals just because i’ll need to take them soon enough (hopefully) but i hear they can help speed the TTC process along?

Prenatals do not help you to conceive. They are important yes because they are to make sure you have enough of the right vitamins for when you do fall pregnant and help the baby brain development. Make sure you get the right vitamins with the right amount of folic acid
