PEACE OF MIND BETWEEN SCANS

I’m 6 weeks pregnant today and don’t have an appointment for a little over 2 weeks (Jan 13), what should I be doing to keep my anxiety down in between scans?? I went to ER a week ago (5 weeks) for cramping, couldn’t see baby on ultrasound but my hcg was at 3200. Went back the following day, (5 weeks 1 day) and my hcg was up to 3900 and I could see sac, so dr says I’m progressing just fine.. but I’m not sure how to have any peace of mind between scans/tests, especially with having 2 losses in the past.. any advice is greatly appreciated ❤️
