Thoughts ? 2 hours later….indent?

I took this, didn’t see anything after 3 mins or so and left it. Came back an hour or two later and saw this. I’ve never had a “indent “ on one of these, obviously I’m not getting excited and I’ll keep testing…but what do you guys think? Indent? Also I feel like with Pregmate it takes forever to get a “read” …I want to be excited so bad. I will retest tomorrow and the next few days….
