I messed up and now I’m worried😭😭😭

Didn’t realize that DayQuil was off limits during pregnancy. Took ONLY one dose of 30ml at midnight last night before googling what I can and can’t take. Wasn’t even thinking about it 😭 I messaged my doctor about it to make sure I don’t need to do anything. But now I’m worried and scared . Per LMP I am 5 weeks and like 2-3 days. My 1st baby appointment is on January 23rd ugh. Praying nothing bad will happen from that one dose.

I’ll just be sitting here crying. 😭
