Advice needed

Twice today when wiping after a wee I’ve had the tiniest smear of blood on the tissue, also I have a sore stomach almost similar to when I’ve ate something off and/or had diarrhoea. Also have heartburn/indigestion which doesn’t seem to be shifting.

Should I be concerned at all?

I am 30 weeks pregnant.

Just to note again, symptoms are - the small smear of blood when wiping (twice), the stomach pain and the indigestion.
