Bleeding/spotting in 1st trimester

Need help! I’ve had bleeding & spotting all of my first trimester so far. I’m 10w2d right now. The bleeding was bright red & heavy enough twice now that I went to the ER at 6 weeks and again right around 9 weeks. Both times baby looked ok and I got to see/ hear the heartbeat. The doctors at the ER really brushed it off both times (and this hospital is a women and infants only hospital so it’s not like they’re unfamiliar with early pregnancy there). My dr office also seems not to care at all. My last visit summary even stated “no bleeding in this pregnancy” which really irked me.

I haven’t had a single day without some sort of spotting. It’s been dark red, bright red bleeding, pink, and usually is a mix of brown and pink cm whenever I wipe. I’m just so stressed out. Every time the bleeding picks up, I panic. When I wipe, I get so nervous. This is pregnancy #4 and I’ve only experienced bleeding twice in my other pregnancies. Once, I miscarried and once it was a subchorionic hematoma. The doctors told me that could possibly be the reason, but can’t confirm that 🙃. I’m losing my mind and constantly worried. Anyone have similar experiences with positive outcomes??
