Nervous

I’ve been feeling some breast tenderness, cramping feeling. I had sex on the 18th and took a plan B (he came in me) and took a plan B right away. A week after I got my “period” bled for about 5 days and had brown spotting at the end. Today, I felt some breast cramps. What does this mean? I’m not experiencing anything else except that. I really hope I’m not pregnant. Abortion laws here in my state are illegal. I am suppose to have my period on the 6th of Jan but since I logged on my clue app as my period and now it moved it too the 17th.
