I just saw my baby's heartbeat this past Sunday. Bleeding started yesterday and i just passed this large clot.... miscarriage for sure?

It could also be a subchorionic hematoma (I think it’s spelled lol). I’ve seen clotting like this happen with it 🤷🏼‍♀️

First of all yall are so smart ... thank you!!!!!  It was indeed a hemotoma....  baby is viable!!!! Great heatbeat. Also found out i was pregnant with twins. 2 gestational sacks. But one was underdeveloped... other is perfectly healthy

If it is a clot it just means you’ve been bleeding and it’s pooled in your cabins before being expelled. 
You could have a subchorionic hematoma and be bleeding but it needs a scan
