Emotional distress affecting relationship??
Does anyone else feel like they have been overly emotional or overthinking into their relationship with SO during their pregnancy? I am not sure how to get out of this space. I feel very emotional and try to talk to my partner about my feelings or insecurities and how I feel we are so disconnected. I feel me being emotional and wanting to talk more about my feelings is pushing them away and conversations just become emotional messes and misunderstandings. 😩 They feel I am just being negative but I really am just trying to mend this space of feeling disconnected.
