You can call the dr if you are worried. Theres nothing wrong with making sure everything is okay. You and baby should be fine tho.
Here's a fun one to have to ask.
My 4 year old straight up head bunt me in the pelvis tonight. I'm 12 weeks pregnant. It hurt like hell but subsided. I haven't had any bleeding and im pretty sure the cramping is either what I'm normally feeling or all in my head. When do I worry? Anything similar happen to you?
