High Serum alkaline phosphatate 35wks

I have gestational hypertension & being monitored for pre-eclampsia. I went into my unit today as my BP was 151/110. They took bloods- but because my BP gradually came down after a couple hours they sent me home & would call for results.

I can see my results through an app and noticed my alkaline phosphate is high. It was high & 173 new years eve & now 194. I know this test has something to do with the liver and it concerns me??

I have very mild swelling and BP fluctuates like this too high level a lot lately. Do they need to follow this up? As they didn't last time when it was out of range
