How many work meetings do you have a day?

My workplace has two mandatory meetings a day: One in the morning and one before everyone takes off for the day. At those meetings we have to recite what we did for the day and give a score as to how heavy our workload is. In addition, we have other meetings throughout the day plus impromptu meetings. Everytime we have a meeting I have to stop what I am working on and meet. The mandatory meetings where we give a score is not productive. I also have a high volume of projects on my plate and have people who ask ne questions throughout the day where I need to help them. Now, I am experiencing burnout, extreme social and general anxiety where I am considering medication and a bunch of physical health problems. What are your thoughts and would you find a new job? Is this job insane or is it just me?
