2 days postpartum

Fairly easy home birth 2 days ago and I was feeling great, bleeding has lessened a lot and I wasn't too sore but today it feels like 10 times more painful is this to be concerned about? *this is my second baby* I only had a small first degree tear which they didn't stitch up or anything
