Prenatals have nothing to do with conceiving. That said, if you are TTC you should be on prenatals. It’s recommended to start taking them 3 months prior to TTC.

Prenatals don’t help one fall pregnant. They do prepare the uterus for pregnancy. It is recommended to be on prenatals for at least 3m prior to falling pregnant (or start them as soon as you are ttc).
