I had a miscarriage four weeks ago at seven weeks, ￼ I was told by my ￼ midwife I was there to have sex and that I’m extremely fertile. I had sex on 7 January and tested negative on the eighth and then decided to retest myself again today and it’s now positive it looks like I think am I just tripping, ￼ could I get a positive three days after having sex since I’m extremely fertile???

I am so sorry for your loss. It is not possible to have a positive test 3 days after sex, even for the most fertile person. The embryo has to implant first, which takes 6-12 days, then you can get a positive test 1-3 days AFTER implantation. This does look positive, but it could either be leftover hCG from your miscarriage or you conceived from sex approx 9-12 days ago.
