has anyone had issues with trying to get an ob at 19-20 weeks?

this is my 3rd pregnancy and have had unfortunate things going on around my entire 1st trimester, and on top of that with insurance. I didn’t get insurance approval until mid december and since I have a hmo insurance I had to get a referral and ugh it’s been a whole run around of nonsense, the doctors office I chose finally got my referral BUT sent me to an Ob coordinator and i’m waiting for a response from them if any. i’m roughly 19-20 weeks currently and I have yet to establish any prenatal care what so ever i’m so desperate to make sure i’m healthy and my baby, but has anyone else wait or has had any issues this far along as well????
