Gassy/colic baby

My newborn baby is just 7 days old and for the past two days we came to realize she’s been having discomfort before pooping/ farting.. sure starts wiggling and making grunting noises, until she finally passes gas. It seems to be getting worse she can’t even sleep because you constantly hear her making noises. I como feed breastmilk and formula.

Now she doesn’t even want to latch on, please anyone have suggestions?

I just started giving her mylicon drops
