Hello! 
I am a 21 year old newly expecting mom. I found out Jan 11th, I was pregnant and I’m roughly 4 weeks pregnant. 
Jan 12 I woke up with light spotting and mild cramps. I was told that was normal 
My
But now Jan 13 it’s like I have my period, bleeding and heavy cramping. 
If anyone has experienced this, I need help! 
My anxiety makes me think the worst but I’ve been told it’s most likely implantation bleeding.

It’s not implantation. Implantation happens before a period and is really light. That sounds like a possible miscarriage

Period-level bleeding and heavy cramping isn’t usually a good sign, I’m so sorry. Implantation bleeding (if it occurs) is usually faint, pink/brown, and not associated with much cramping. I would call your OB, but it sounds like it may be a miscarriage. 😞

this sounds like a miscarriage, i’m sorry:( implantation bleeding is pretty uncommon and would happen during implantation, not anytime after.

I remember with my second pregnancy I had bad cramps so bad I was in a bawl from pain and I had some brown spotting I thought I was miscarrying the next day the cramps and spotting stopped that was 3 years ago I still never knew why the cramps where so bad 😅 it could be nothing I wouldn’t worry to much if it stopped but if it starts back maybe go get checked out
