NB trouble breathing/ congested?

Hi all, my newborn is 13 days old and when she was born in the hospital the nurse said she had congested, sounds like something is stuck in her nose. She tried saline and suction which made it worse.. we went to the er about 5 days ago where they put the little tube and tried to suction again, nothing much came out. Ruled out everything (covid, rsv) & something else.. when we came home she seemed fine. Now, since yesterday she’s starting again but it’s not continuous, it’s on and off.

I just recorded her which I’ll include video but now she’s fine again. I’m just frustrated because I don’t know if she’s struggling?

It’s about 50/50 all day

She had doctors appointment today and of course her breathing was fine so her pediatrician wasn’t concerned, I didn’t have any videos until she started again (later in the day).
