Could Istill be pregnant?

Sooo I’ve been having random pains in my left armpit and occasional sharp feeling around my nipples, along with mild cramping the past 3 days, just a tight pulling feeling, and congested and runny nose, and I wake up STARVING no matter how much I eat the night before. I retested today and got a negative. Is there still a chance it’s just to early to pick up on a test? My cycle from 2022 when I was pregnant with my daughter as it was the same exact conception month, my period was January 26 and lasted 4 days, I didn’t test positive until January 22, but had similar symptoms as I do now before I got a positive. I’m unsure of when I ovulated as I had egg white 9-12. The 12th it was more cloudy.
