Don’t know what to think

My last period started November 16 so the baby should about seven or eight weeks but I’ve been having spotting and sometimes the blood is a darker red most of the time it’s just pink I’m not cramping or anything but today I had my first ultrasound and I was hoping to see the heartbeat or at least see the baby and the ultrasound tech said the baby is too small. He kept saying it might not be miscarriage , it just might be earlier than we thought. I’ve been spotting

On and off since Wednesday … I’m

just hoping maybe there’s somebody out there that may have a similar story that ends well… im trying not to stress and be happy it’s hard.
