Super nervous for surgery, its my 3rd c section my.last one being in 2022. Im more scared of the spinal as well as recovery.with two autistic toddlers i will have help from familymy last c sectioni had a pelvic absess and had to be hospitalized for a week as well as my c section opening up and having to be ligated in office. However this pregnancy i quit smoking. My first c sectionin 2021 i had high blood pressure and had to be on blood pressure meds for a week. So just super nervous i guess. Any tips to reduce anxiety my c sectionis scheduledfor the 6th of feb.
