Bf hasn’t been giving me attention

My bf and I have been together for 4 years and live together.

For the past 2 months I’ve been dealing with some health issues and not feeling good. So I haven’t been in a super happy active mood. I haven’t had a sex drive. Today I had to get a cavity filled and my mouth has been sore. Next week I have an appointment at the hospital.

I feel like he hasn’t been showing me much attention. Idk if me being like this is unattractive or something. But I feel like if we get married, there is going to be times that I have things going on and times he’s going to have things going on where we need to be there for each other. In the good or the bad.

I’ve noticed he’s been out hanging with friends more often or doing his hobbies more.
