Peak opk cd9

I got solid smiley and super dark strip opk today on cd9. I usually ovulate around cd14. This is my second cycle after a loss so I fear my body is still returning to normal. Am I right in thinking I’m unlikely to conceive successfully with such early ovulation this cycle? The egg wouldn’t be mature enough and the lining not enough time to thicken? Honest opinions please. Thank you
