Should I go out w him or get some rest

So, I just started dating someone I use to sleep so early because of my job. But tomorrow I work at 6 am and he gets off at 10 pm and I told him I wanted to sleep but he said how we barley see each other and I should make a effort and go see him even tho I have to wake up early I know he wants to have sex and I think it’s unfair how he got upset that I said wanted to sleep
