I’m due with my 3rd child in August and I just started my new job on 01/06 at our local community college, I have loved it so far!

BUT by the time I have the baby I won’t qualify for FMLA since I’ll be less than a year here. HR has told me that I may not be able to take the full 3 months and to utilize my time accrued which I plan to do but by the end of August that will only accrue to about 4 weeks and they have said to avoid using Leave without Pay.

Anyone have any experience or advice on what to do so I can spend more time at home with baby?!
