What was your HCG at like 3/4 weeks??

Here’s my story:

I was late for my period. It was supposed to start on January 1st. It never came. Urine pregnancy tests were all negative. Went to my primary doctor January 8th. Blood and urine tests were confirmed negative there. Literally HCG was zero.

I went in for an OB visit today because I still wasn’t getting my period. My HCG was at 43,080.3!!!! The only times I could have conceived since then was either 10 days ago or 7 days ago.

The nurse called me freaking out about the number too and scheduled an ultrasound for tomorrow…

Is this normal for multiples??? Twins?? Triplets??
