Body numbness?

I’m 7w2d and currently experiencing numbness throughout my body. I saw the doctor and they think it could be general pregnancy symptoms and a potential pulled muscle/travel nerve in the middle of my back. It started off as arm pain that travelled to my shoulder blade then has moved throughout my body. I contacted the doctors as I was worried it could be ectopic but they are satisfied it probably isn’t that as I have no other symptoms.

Has anyone else experienced this?
